Just like the iPad Pro announced last month, this generation of the iPhone this year is expected to also get some major changes. No, it won’t get a mini LED screen, which will be a step back from the OLED. Instead, the iPhone 13 has consistently led to having smaller notches, which means more space for the screen itself. It was “confirmed” by what might be the closest thing to the iPhone 13 Pro Max and it showed another big change to the design.
Most of the focus on the leakage of the iPhone 13 has been on the front of the phone, which can be understood because that is the most used users to see most of the time. The dummy unit received by UNBOX therapy does confirm that, at least if the model is truly accurate. YouTuber notes that it looks and feels like a very high quality fake model, gives a little weight to claims, almost literally too.
Given that it is a fake screen that does not live, may not be too easy to see notch but the reduction in size must be seen. The sensor has been reset and the earpiece speaker pushes to the edge to allow it. This is a small change but that can have a great effect on the number of real estate screens available.
However, what is more visible is the back of the Dummy iPhone 13 Pro Max that shows off three cameras. Apple has not increased the number of cameras but simply increasing its size, it might accommodate the features of the rumored OIS sensor. Either way, the camera is even bigger this year while still maintaining the same square cage last year.
In addition, the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the iPhone 12 Pro Max looks almost identical and the difference in size is quite smooth and almost invisible. Of course, we are still based on unofficial leaks and models but, given how rumors flow, this is pretty much we can expect from the generation of this year’s iPhone.
